The Problem
Completions data lives in too many places at once.
On most projects the tag register sits in a spreadsheet, signed checksheets sit as scanned PDFs, punch items move by email, and certificates are assembled on a shared drive at the end. Each source is maintained by a different team, on a different cadence.
