How it is scored
Each answer scores 0–3, where 3 is the practice that makes status derivable from signed evidence. The score is the total against a maximum of 24. It is a self-assessment framework, not an audit or certification.
It is a structured self-assessment of how much of your completions process depends on manual handling. It compares your answers against the practices that make a handover defensible — single register, evidence captured at source, enforced sign-off roles and gate logic — and is not an audit or certification.
No. The questions cover practices common to oil and gas, power, data centres, marine, life sciences, mining, water and buildings. Terminology differs by sector, but the failure modes — forked registers, detached evidence, unverifiable gates — do not.
No. The score and every recommendation appear immediately. Sending it to yourself is optional, and we only use those details to answer your enquiry.
