Deskely builds autonomous engineers for capital projects. On one platform, AI engineers read every drawing, build the tag register and check every record, from the first P&ID to handover. The platform has been in production since 2014 and is the fleet standard for completions on MODEC FPSOs. Deskely is the trading name of Compass Energy Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore since 2003.
About the role
Our AI engineers read drawings, compare revisions and check documents against specifications. This team builds and measures the models behind them.

What you’ll do
- Build models that read engineering drawings and documents.
- Measure accuracy on real project data.
- Turn model output into checked, structured records.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with machine learning, computer vision or document understanding.
- Rigour about evaluation.
- Interest in engineering documents.
