Overview

Dossier assembles each subsystem's handover dossier in the client's own structure, from the records already in Deskely, checks every page and flags what is missing before the client sees it.

Dossier is part of Deskely Operate, one of four suites across the life of a project. Every product reads from and writes to the same tag register, so each stage starts with clean data from the last.

Used by completions and handover teams, document control, client handover reviewers and operator readiness teams.

  1. 01Set up the structure once

    The client's index, sections and rules for each section are used for every subsystem.

  2. 02Assembled from the record

    Certificates, ITRs, punch, test packs, procedures, vendor documents and as-builts already in Deskely.

  3. 03Every page checked

    Each required document is there, signed, on the current revision and for the right tags, with no open category A punch.

  4. 04Gaps flagged, then exported

    Gaps go to owners with due dates. The dossier exports as an indexed, bookmarked PDF or in the client's format.
