Overview

Horizon forecasts when each system and subsystem will really be ready, from the work actually signed in the register rather than from the plan. It shows how sure each date is, what drives it and who owns the constraints, updated every day.

Horizon is part of Deskely Commission, one of four suites across the life of a project. Every product reads from and writes to the same tag register, so each stage starts with clean data from the last.

Used by commissioning managers, project controls, completions leads and owner's representatives.

What Horizon replaces.

Readiness reports from stale spreadsheets.

TodayData exported every week, an S-curve rebuilt in Excel, and each lead asked for a date.
With HorizonReadiness, blockers and trends for every system, read from the work actually signed.
How Horizon works

From signed work to a clear picture.

What a commissioning manager sees in Project Intelligence.

  1. 01See the project's health

One health score blends readiness, rework rate, approval velocity, schedule adherence and punch closure, beside blocked certificates and critical blockers.

  2. 02Find what blocks progress

Blockers across ITRs, preservation, walkdowns, punch, certificates and procedures, scored 0 to 100 by impact, with their age and owner.

  3. 03Know which certificates are ready

A certificate is ready when its ITRs, walkdowns, punch and dependent certificates are done. Near ready means one is left.

  4. 04Follow the trend

The S-curve of cumulative completions and completions over time, with risk signals when a threshold is exceeded.

Horizon reads the record. Managers make the calls.

Read from the records signed in the register and the field app.

  1. 1Project health

One score from readiness, rework, approval velocity, schedule adherence and punch closure.

  2. 2Flagged for review

Critical blockers, with the change since last week.

  3. 3Your call

Managers see why the project is blocked and decide where to push.
