deskely.com (the “website”) is operated by Compass Energy Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with registration number 200302890M (“Deskely”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the public website only. Access to and use of the Deskely platform, including the web and field applications and the AI products, is governed by the subscription or services agreement signed with your organisation. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website, read and share its content, and contact us through it for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the platform or the systems that host them;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the security or performance of the website;
- scrape, harvest or systematically copy content or data from the website, other than by ordinary search engine indexing;
- submit false information through the website’s forms, or impersonate another person or organisation.
