Regional Sales Representative, Korea and China
Introduce Deskely to shipyards, owners and EPC contractors in Korea and China.

Deskely builds autonomous engineers for capital projects. On one platform, AI engineers read every drawing, build the tag register and check every record, from the first P&ID to handover. The platform has been in production since 2014 and is the fleet standard for completions on MODEC FPSOs. Deskely is the trading name of Compass Energy Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore since 2003.
About the role
We work with independent representatives who know the market. In Korea and China, we are looking for someone with senior relationships among shipyards, owners and EPC contractors.
This is not an employed position. You represent Deskely alongside your own work, on a success-fee basis.
What you’ll do
- Identify programmes in Korea and China where Deskely fits, and open the first conversation.
- Introduce the decision makers in completions, commissioning and engineering to our team.
- Stay close to the opportunity through the demo, the proposal and procurement.
- Share what you hear in the market with our sales team.
What you’ll bring
- Senior relationships with shipyards, owners and EPC contractors.
- Experience representing technology or engineering suppliers to these companies.
- An understanding of completions, commissioning or engineering document work on capital projects.
- A professional, independent way of working.
How it works
- You work independently and introduce Deskely to companies in your territory or sector.
- You are paid a success fee on signed business that you bring in.
- The fee, territory and scope are set out in a written representation agreement.
- Our team runs the demos, proposals and delivery with you.
