Solutions Engineer
Run demos and pilots on client drawings. A background in completions or commissioning is a strong advantage.

Deskely builds autonomous engineers for capital projects. On one platform, AI engineers read every drawing, build the tag register and check every record, from the first P&ID to handover. The platform has been in production since 2014 and is the fleet standard for completions on MODEC FPSOs. Deskely is the trading name of Compass Energy Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore since 2003.
About the role
Clients decide on Deskely when they see it working on their own data. You make that happen.
You sit between sales and delivery: you run the demos and pilots, then help the project team take the client live.
What you’ll do
- Run product demos for owners, contractors and yards.
- Set up pilots on client drawings and registers, and present the results.
- Answer technical and security questions during the sale.
- Hand over to project delivery, and support the first weeks of a new deployment.
- Feed what clients ask for back to product.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in completions, commissioning or engineering on capital projects.
- Comfort with engineering documents: P&IDs, isometrics, line lists and registers.
- The ability to explain software clearly to engineers and managers.
- Some experience with enterprise software, data or integrations.
