    Setting up the register

    Execution

    Skid commissioning and phased cutover are proven step by step without losing process continuity.

    The new package skid is dry and wet commissioned in isolation wherever possible, proving its own performance before it ever touches the live process, so the cutover itself is a connection of two already-proven systems rather than a first test under pressure.

    Each cutover step — isolation, tie-in, leak test, bypass removal and reinstatement — is signed off in sequence against the register, with the live process's consent or water quality parameters monitored through the cutover window and captured against the event.
