Execution

Digester seeding and process proving establish stable temperature, mixing and retention time, while dewatering centrifuges are proven for polymer dosing and cake dryness against the specific machine and sludge type.
Vendor punch from the digester mixing OEM, the centrifuge supplier and the CHP contractor is logged at the specific asset, so ramp-up on one train is not blocked by an unrelated open item on another.
Gas safety and biosolids quality sign-off
The plant is accepted from a proven safety case and product quality, not from a description of what the digester did during a supervised trial.
Gas safety sign-off and biosolids quality results draw on the same digester, centrifuge and CHP records built during commissioning, so the evidence the safety case and the biosolids acceptance criteria require is an export rather than a scramble.
The handover pack for the operations team includes as-built P&IDs, hazardous area records and CHP commissioning reports keyed to the vessel register, ready for operations from the first day of full sludge throughput.
Every signature carries a name, role and timestamp, which is what the client's process safety team and the biosolids off-taker expect before the plant is declared fully commissioned.
