Free scope test
Send one scope. See your register in a week.
Deskely Extract reads your drawings and builds the tag register. You get a measured answer: what it found, what it flagged for an engineer, and how long it took.
- 01Send one scope: the P&IDs, isometrics or single line diagrams for one system or package.
- 02Deskely Extract reads every sheet and builds the tag register.
- 03Within a week you get the register, with every tag it was unsure of flagged.
- 04We walk you through the results in 30 minutes.
In production since 2014, on eight offshore programmes. Thousands of people use the platform every day, in yards, on site and offshore.
Rather see it live first? Book a demo, or email sales@deskely.com.
Not ready to send drawings? Estimate the hours saved on your project.
A register you can check, not a demo you have to trust.
!582-LT-82Q001 read on the drawing, but the number does not follow the project tag format.

The register for your scope. Every tag on every sheet, with its type, system, subsystem and discipline.
- 02
What needs an engineer. The tags Extract was unsure of, flagged with the reason, so review takes minutes.
- 03
A measured answer. How long Extract took, next to the hours the same scope takes by hand.
- 04
A 30-minute walkthrough. We go through the results with you, on your own drawings.
Before you send drawings.
- Is it really free?
- Yes. One scope per company, with no commitment. It is the quickest way to see what Extract does with your drawings.
- What counts as one scope?
- One system or one package of drawings: what you would hand a document controller to build the register for. P&IDs, isometrics, single line diagrams and boundary drawings, as PDF.
- Are my drawings safe?
- Your drawings are used only for your test. If you need an NDA first, tell us in the form and we sign yours before you send anything.
- My package is larger than 4 MB.
- Paste a link to a shared folder, or send the request without files and we reply with a secure upload link.
- What happens after the test?
- You keep the results. If they are useful, we talk about running Extract and the register on your project.
